中药含漱液护理神经内科危重患者口腔随机平行对照研究

Chinese Medicine Gargle Nursing in Department of Internal Medicine of Critically Ill Patients with Oral Random Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察中药含漱液护理神经内科危重患者口腔疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例复方硼砂液,10.0mL/次,加5倍温开水稀释,3次/d,口腔护理。治疗组40例中药含漱液(生地20g,玄参10g,麦冬15g,沙参20g,黄连5g,苦参、岗梅根各15g,绞股蓝10g),1剂/d,水煎100mL,3次/d,取中药含漱液30ml倒入治疗碗中,按口腔护理规范擦洗患者口腔颊侧部、舌侧部、舌部、舌下、腭部等口腔各部位。对口腔有血性分泌物和食物残渣的患者,先清理干净后再行口腔护理。连续护理14d为1疗程。观测口腔溃疡发生及口腔异味、不良反应。护理1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]口臭及口腔溃疡发生率护理组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药含漱液护理神经内科危重患者口腔效果显著,值得推广。

[ Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods,will be divided into two groups according to the random number table, 80 cases of hospitalized patients. The treatment group of 40 cases of Chinese medicine gargle （ Shengdi 20g, Xuanshen 10g, Maidong 15g, Shahshen 20g, Huanglian 5g, Kushen, Ganmeigen each 15g, Jiaogulan 10g ）, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 100mL, 3/d, taking Chinese medicine gargle treatment 30ml into the bowl, according to different parts of oral nursing care scrub for patients with buccal side, lateral part of tongue, tongue, tongue, palate etc.. A bloody secretions and food residue in patients on oral, to clean up after the oral care. Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses. And oral odor, adverse reaction observation of oral ulcer. Nursing care of 1 period of treatment, curative effect. [ Results ] Bad breath and the oral cavity ulcer incidence rate of nursing group than the control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Chinese medicine gargle nursing patients with severe nerve Oral Department of internal medicine effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
