摘要
本文列举三例 ,论述完善价格机制发展城市燃气供应事业、运用排污权交易思想削减二氧化硫污染和利用市场干预促进固体废弃物回收 ,分别设计出优化方案 。
Three case studies on optimum design of environmental economic policies were described in the paper,such as:how to perfect prices mechanism to develop urban gas supplies、how to adopt pollution discharge right exchange policy to reduce the amount of sulphur dioxide and how to intervene the market to promote the recovery of solid waste.The optimum programs were designed respectively,and the expected environmental and economic benefits were estimated.
