论中外合作办学模式下境外学生党员理想信念教育

在中外合作办学模式语境下,加强境外学生党员的理想信念教育,保持共产党员的先进性,是高校党建工作重要课题之一。境外学生党员管理存在着管理分散、受西方价值观念冲击、境外党组织缺失及管理制度不健全等问题。为了加强境外党员理想想念教育,高校要采取健全教育长效机制、加强沟通交流,提供人文关怀以及建设网络信息教育平台等措施。

The urgent problem to be solved in university Party construction is to strengthen the ideal and faith education of overseas students of Party members and to keep their advanced nature in Sino - foreign school running co- operation mode. At present, communists studying in foreign universities are scattered, receiving more western values. Communist organizations haven＇t been set up in most western universities and the administrative system in Chi- nese universities is not sound. Therefore, we should perfect the long - term ideal and faith educational system, communicate with overseas students of Party members with our hearts, take humane care of them, innovate ideal and faith educational and administrative mode on the platform of Internet, in order for the students to cultivate their Party spirit voluntarily besides academic study, to foster their communist awareness and consolidate their ideal and faith.
