动态心电图监测恶性肿瘤化疗与联合放化疗对比分析

Comparison of the Monitoring of the Dynamic Electrocardiogram between Them Alignant Tumor Patients with Chemotherapy and Those with Chemoradiotherapy

目的：探讨恶性肿瘤化疗与联合放化疗后动态心电图的改变。方法：回顾性分析我院2010年11月-2012年10月期间收治的298例恶性肿瘤患者化疗与联合放化疗的动态心电图资料。结果：在患者的心律和动态心电图异常率方面比较，联合放化疗组、化疗组心律增加和心电图异常率均显著高于对照组比较，同时联合放化疗组心律增加和心电图异常率均化疗组比较，组间比较均存在显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：对恶性肿瘤患者化疗与联合放化疗后动态心电图改变进行分析，是对患者心脏检测最可靠的方法，有利于提高治疗的科学性。

Objective： To investigate the dynamic electrocardiogram changes that the malignanttumor patients with chemotherapy and those with chemoradiotherapy. Methods：To retrospective analysis the dynamic electrocardiogram data of 298 cases of themalignanttumor patients with chemotherapy and those with chemoradiotherapy that admitted in our hospital from November 2010 to October 2012. Results：On dynamic electrocardiogram abnormalities rate and maximum heart rate, minimum heart rate, averageheart rate and total heart rate of 24h, the chemoradiotherapy group compared with the chemotherapy group, the chemoradiotherapy group, chemotherapy group compared with the control group, comparison very significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Analysis the dynamic electrocardiogram characteristic changes that the malignanttumor patients with chemotherapy and those with chemoradiotherapy, is the most reliable method to detect of the patient＇s heart.
