摘要 使用有限元软件分析了橡胶衬套对悬架NVH性能的影响。柔化其他悬架部件,建立了多体动力学刚柔耦合模型。通过试验设计(DOE)分析了橡胶衬套刚度对悬架NVH性能的灵敏度并进行了优化。通过对比优化前后仿真结果,可以看出悬架中高频NVH性能得到了改善。将模型仿真与道路模拟机测试结果进行对比,验证了模型的准确性。 The suspension NVH performances under different road excitations were researched herein,and the work conditions could be divided into two types, the road random and pulse excita- tions. According to the road geometrical shape, the road pulse excitations could be divided into two kinds,the triangular convex block and sine pothole excitations(with brake). Rubber bushings have great effects on the suspension NVH performance. The bushing properties were analyzed, and some other suspension parts were flexiblized by one FEM software. The vehicle flexible-rigid coupling mod- els were established herein. By the method of DOE, the sensitivities of the suspension bushing stiffness in different directions towards the vehicle sprung mass vertical acceleration response were analyzed. Then, some rather sensitive parameters were selected for optimization, and by comparing the simula- tion results of those models before and after optimization,it can be seen that the suspension NVH per- formance is improved in the middle and higher frequency band. Finally,the simulation results of the flexible-rigid coupling models were compared with the road excitation machine for verifying the cor- rectness of the simulation models.
