摘要
统计了1985-2012年间我国棉花领域申请专利的信息,并对专利申请量、专利类型、申请专利的地域分布、技术重点领域分布、专利申请人情况和主要竞争者技术差异情况进行了分析,为棉花专利的申请提供技术参考,最后从知识产权保护的角度对棉花产业的发展提出几点建议。
This paper provides an analysis of the statistics from 1985 to 2012 regarding Chinese patent information on cotton fields, including the numbers and types of patent applications, their geographical distribution, technical key areas, patent appli- cants, and distribution of technical differences between competitors. Furthermore, it provides a technical reference regarding patent applications and offers proposals on the development of the cotton industry.
