针对GB 2760-2011食品安全国家标准《食品添加剂使用标准》中食品添加剂带入原则中食品添加剂带入的来源、带入量的推算等方面在监督检验中的可操作性问题提出几点质疑,并就以上问题提出的一些建议,以期该原则在监督检验中能具有较好的可操作性。
