Treatment of Nephritic Syndrome from Wind

肾病综合征是由于肾小球滤过膜对血浆蛋白通透性增高,大量血浆蛋白自尿中丢失,引起一系列病理生理改变的临床综合征。本病主要归属于中医学水肿范畴。风邪是本病的重要致病因素,从风论治可作为治疗本病的重要手段。依据为:风能胜湿;宣肺以行水利湿;升发脾阳以利水;助活血化瘀以行水;疏肝行气以利水。

Nephritic syndrome is a series of clinical syndrome with pathophysiological changes of glomerular filtration membrane permeability to plasma proteins and a lot of plasma protein losing from urine. The dis- ease mainly belongs to ＂swelling＂ in traditional Chinese medicine. The pathologic wind is the important pathogenic factors of the disease,and treatment from the wind can be used as an important method to cure the disease. Basis is that wind can remove dampness,diffuse the lung to move water and resolve dampness, ascend spleen-yang to move water,activate blood and resolve stasis to move water,and soothe the liver and regulate qi to move water.
