摘要
甲状腺功能亢进性舞蹈症(HTC)临床罕见,除了甲状腺功能亢进的表现外,不同患者舞蹈症发作的时间、频率和表现也不相同,容易引起误诊、误治。本文讨论了HTC的病因、可能的发病机制、临床表现及诊断要点,总结了当前研究进展及治疗方法。旨在通过病例报告对HTC加以复习,使临床医师对该病的认识进一步加强。
Hyperthyroid chorea（HTC）is a rare disease.Its clinical manifestations,onset time and frequency are diversified which may lead to misdiagnosis and mistreatment.This paper discussed the causes,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and essentials of diagnoses of HTC and reviewed the current research progress on this disease and its therapy,which may help the clinical physicians learn more about the disease.
