摘要 对东方锅炉股份有限公司制造的超超临界1 000MW机组直流锅炉汽水分离器中间点焓值的机理模型进行仿真试验分析,并对机理模型和系统辨识模型分别进行开环动态特性和闭环控制仿真试验。结果表明,该机理模型能够较全面地描述中间点温度的动态特性,适用范围广,具有更好的响应快速性和稳定性,调节时间短、超调量小。 The intermediate point enthalpy mechanism model of the once-through boiler manufac- tured by Dongfang Boiler Co. , Ltd. was simulated. Moreover, simulation tests on the open-loop dynamic characteristics and closed-loop control quality were performed. The simulation results show that,this mechanism model can describe the dynamic characteristics of temperature at the intermediate point comprehensively, which has a wide application range, rapid response speed, good stability,short settling time and small overshoot.
