国培计划作为教育部对西部地区贫困地区教师进行的综合性计划,其目的是通过培训,提升西部贫困地区中小学教师的教学水平,以此提升我国西部贫困地区的教育能力。本文针对国培计划,设计了一款用于所有国培教师的在线学习系统,以此提高教师对教学资源的利用。
