摘要 垦东12平台是中国石化及胜利油田的重点产能建设项目,共计部署114口海油陆采井,主要采用大位移井、丛式井组技术进行开发,存在着表层定向易产生磁干扰、浅层大尺寸井眼定向困难、井网密集防碰绕障难度大等钻井难点。通过钻井平台位置优化设计、一开表层直井段防斜打直、浅层大尺寸井眼定向技术、大斜度长裸眼井段稳斜技术以及丛式井三维防碰绕障等技术的研究及应用,保证了垦东12平台丛式井组的顺利实施,进一步丰富完善了海油陆采大型丛式井组钻井技术,为今后滩浅海油区的经济高效开发积累了宝贵经验。 Kendong12 platform that includes 114 wells of onshore- platform for offshore oil recovery is the key productivity construction project of Shengli oilfield and Sinopec. Large displacement well and cluster well are mainly selected as the well array for development. The major problems refers to well drilling are the magnetic interference in surface well orientation,well orientation problem for large- scale wellbore drilling in surface,anti- collision and obstacle bypass under the condition of dense well spacing. The research and application of well drilling platform position optimization,surface deviation control of vertical well,deviation hold in high- inclination open- hole interval,and three- dimensional anti- collision and obstacle bypass for cluster well are used to ensure the implementation of cluster well drilling in Kendong12 platform. The drilling technology of cluster wells in onshore- platform for offshore oil recovery is improved,which can provide valuable experience to the economic and effective development of beach and shallow oil zone.
