摘要
地方政府需要扩大融资以满足经济政治需要,银行出于利益最大化愿意贷款给地方政府融资平台。商业银行与地方政府博弈的结果是通过融资平台发放和获得贷款实现各自的利益最大化。
Local government needs to expand financing to meet the economic and political wish. The bank lends to local government financing platform to maximize the benefits. The game outcome of commercial banks and local governments is to provide and obtain a loan through financing platform to maximize their own interests.
