摘要
为研究材料对声光弹声光效应的影响,以声光爆震弹爆炸时产生的声强、光强为检验指标,利用声光弹特性测试系统,对ABS、15%玻纤增强ABS、30%玻纤增强ABS、PVC、PA塑料壳体对声光爆震弹的爆炸声光效应进行了对比研究。结果表明,在相同装药的情况下,不同塑料材料对声光弹的影响有所不同,强度直接影响光辐射强度和声强,以及其持续时间。其中,ABS所产生的声光效应最佳,玻纤增强ABS所产生的声光效应最差,且差异较大。
In order to study the impact of shell material on sound and light effects of acoustooptic ammunition, sound intensity and light intensity values of different material were tested. The results show that on the same charge condition, the different plastic material has different effect on acoustooptic ammunition, the strength of shell material affect the sound intensity and light radiation intensity directly, as well as its duration. The ABS has good sound and light effects, while the glass reinforced ABS has the worst sound and light effects, and the difference is large.
