摘要
利用新型芳纶纤维设计一种新型耐热输送带骨架帆布。对帆布进行浸渍处理来测试其与覆盖胶的高温粘合性能。采用差热分析和热重分析探究芳纶纤维的耐热性能,并研究了芳纶纤维的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:随着试验温度的提高,输送带的粘合能力下降;芳纶纤维具有较强耐腐蚀性和耐热性,作为耐热输送带带芯有较大优势。
A new type of anti-flaming canvas skeleton which based on modified aromatic polyamide fiber was designed. It was covered with compound and adhesion property at high temperature was tested. The heat resistance of para-aramid fiber was analyzed by DSC and TG. The results showed that,with increase of experiment temperature, the adhesion property of heat resistant conveyor belt of duck construction decreased significantly. Para aramid fiber with strong corrosion resistance and heat resistance,as heat resistant conveyor belt of duck had a greater advantage.
