摘要
以木质素(Lignin)为基质,用戊二醛(GA)做交联剂,将聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)交联到木质素分子上,制得木质素-聚乙烯亚胺(Lignin-PEI)吸附剂,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对Lignin-PEI的结构进行表征,并考察了其对Cu2+的吸附性能。结果表明,当Lignin、PEI和GA的反应比m(g)∶V(mL)∶V(mL)为2∶5∶20,在温度25℃下,反应时间2h,合成的Lignin-PEI的含氮量为10.61%。吸附等温数据符合Langmuir模型,吸附动力学符合准二级反应动力学模型。Lignin-PEI吸附剂对Cu2+饱和吸附量为54.15mg/g。
In this paper the sorbent of lignin-polyethyleneimine(lignin-PEI)was successfully synthesized by means of crosslinking lignin and polyethyleneimine(PEI)by glutaraldehyde.We characterized lignin-PEI by SEM,XRD,FT-IR and XPS,then investigated the use of lignin-PEI for the removal of Cu2+from water. These results indicated that the nitrogen content of prepared lignin-PEI was 10.61wt% at lignin,PEI and GA reaction ratio m(g)∶V(mL)∶V(mL)of 2∶5∶20,at 25 ℃for 2h.We found sorption isotherms for ligninPEI better fitted Langmuir equation.Sorption of Cu2+ion on lignin-PEI followed pseudo second-order kinetics. The maximum sorption capacity was 54.15mg/g for Cu2+ion.
