摘要
为对石油化工产业中冷却水在循环使用过程产生的结垢、腐蚀及水质的各项参数进行有效监控,然后根据工艺要求对冷却水实现自动加药处理,利用Delphi平台开发出工业循环水自动加药与监控系统,采用API函数串口通信编程,实现上位机与相应测量仪表的通信;实现了实时数据的采集、储存和显示,数据的备份和恢复,趋势图的绘制,报表打印,计量泵的控制。应用表明该系统运行效果良好,能有效监控冷却循环水水质,实现自动加药。
In the petroleum and chemistry industry, in order to effectively monitor the scaling, corrosion caused by industrial cooling water in the recycling process of using and parameters of water quality, and then according to technological requirements of cooling water to achieve the automatic dosing. Based on the Delphi platform, the automatic dosing and monitoring system for indus- trial circulating water was developed, using the API function serial communication programming to achieve the following functions including the communication between the host computer and the corresponding measuring instruments, the measuring data's acquisi- tion, storage and display, the backup and recovery of data, trend mapping, report printing, and metering pump control. The applica- tion shows that the system runs well which can effectively monitor the cooling circulating water and actualize automatic dosing.
