浅析知识管理对组织绩效的提升作用——以黄河基层管理部门为例
摘要
知识管理对组织绩效有根本性的促进作用。从知识管理对组织绩效发生作用的机制进行了分析,指出知识管理可以从提高工作技能、创造新知识、优化激励机制三个方面对组织绩效产生巨大影响。根据黄河基层管理部门知识管理现状,提出知识管理体系建设应分阶段逐步推进。
