铰链式外固定支架治疗肘关节僵硬术后功能锻炼方法的探讨 被引量:10

摘要 肘关节僵硬是各种原因导致的肘关节活动丧失的总称,是肘关节周围骨折术后的严重并发症之一,由于肘关节的特殊解剖结构,加上造成肘关节创伤的暴力一般较大,常引起粉碎性骨折,软组织损伤较重.因此,肘关节对创伤十分敏感,极易发生创伤后功能障碍,从而严重影响了病人的生活和工作.肘关节僵硬的病人,在术后由于没有进行系统、有效地功能锻炼,术后的肘关节功能未能得到有效改善.我院对肘关节僵硬行肘关节松解、尺神经松解、内上髁截骨异位骨化清除、外支架固定术的病人,结合铰链式外固定支架的特殊功能,进行系统化的功能锻炼,效果满意.现报告如下.
