摘要 黄玉川煤矿副立井提升系统是国内第一个副立井大罐笼无轨运输系统,为了节省运送时间,避免液压支架的拆装对矿井生产的影响,经过多方案比选,首次提出了副立井无轨运输系统整体运送大型液压支架的运输工艺,并取得成功。文章主要介绍黄玉川煤矿副立井整体运送液压支架的运输工艺的确定与实现,对其运输车辆、大型双层罐笼、锁罐摇台等设备进行创新设计,并对液压支架在罐笼内的偏载问题、运输车辆的定位问题等关键性技术问题提出了解决方案。 A mine hoisting system in a mine auxiliary shaft of Huangyuchuan Mine was a first mine auxiliary shaft with a large cage and trackless transportation system in China. In order to save the transportation time and to eliminate the disassembling of the hydraulic powered support affected to the mine production, with the comparison and selection on the several plans, the integral transportation technique of the trackless transportation system was firstly provided to transport the large hydraulic powered support with a successful operation. The paper introduced the determination and realization on the integral transportation technique of the hydraulic powered support in the mine auxiliary shaft of Huangyuchuan Mine. An innovated design was conducted on the transportation vehicle, large double deck cage, cage lock swing - deck and other equipment. Solutions were provided to the cage side load problem of the hydraulic powered support, positioning problem of the transportation vehicle and other key technical problems.
