淫羊藿总黄酮对血管生成抑制作用的初步研究

The Effects of Total Flavones of HerbaEpimdiumon Anti-angiogenesis

采用醇提法提取淫羊藿总黄酮,以鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)为模型检测其对血管生成的抑制作用.结果表明:淫羊藿总黄酮提取得率为1.65%;0.2、0.1、0.05mg/mL淫羊藿总黄酮处理组对CAM血管生成的抑制率分别为81.8%、54.5%和27.3%.因此,淫羊藿总黄酮对血管生成具有一定的抑制作用.

The total flavones of Herba Epimdium are extracted by ethanol ,and its anti‐angiogenesis function is tested with CAM as the model .The results show that the extraction yield of total flavones of Herba Epimdium is 1 .65% ,and the anti‐angiogenesis rates of the 0 .2 ,0 .1 and 0 .05 mg/mL treated groups are 81 .8% ,54 .5% and 27 .3% respectively . Therefore ,total flavones of Herba Epimdium have certain effects on anti‐angiogenesis .
