摘要 论述了中国污染源重金属监测技术现状,对比分析了各种检测方法的优缺点,介绍了国外与国内污染源重金属监测情况,并分析了中国污染源重金属监测中存在的问题,阐述了"十二五"期间中国实施污染源重金属监测技术路线的指导思想和原则、监测对象、监测项目、监测时间和频次及相关技术要求等,确定了以污染源为单元,手工采样、实验室分析技术为主体,自动监测技术为辅助手段的自动监测、常规监测相结合的技术路线,根据中国国情对技术路线进行了可行性分析。 This paper discusses the current monitoring situation of heavy metal pollution in China, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods, introduces foreign and domestic sources of heavy metals monitoring and analyses the pollution problems in the heavy metals monitoring during the 12th Five - year Plan period. Heavy metal pollution monitoring technology route is constructed by the guidelines and principles, monitoring objects, monitoring projects, time and frequency of monitoring and the relevant technical requirements, The technical route is also determined by the sources of pollution as a unit, manual sampling and laboratory analysis technology as the main technology, and the automatic monitoring combining routine monitoring. The feasibility of the technology roadmap is analyzed according to national conditions.
