摘要
目的:掌握青浦区区、镇两级公共卫生技术岗位相关人力资源本底。方法:收集辖区内相关机构人事部门人员档案信息、并结合专项个案调查补充和更新,结合区域人口数据及地理数据,采用构成比等指标进行描述分析。结果:区、镇两级公共卫生技术岗位相关人力数量上相对短缺,性别比严重失衡,年龄与工龄上存在较明显的断层,研究生及以上学历和高级职称人才占比低、中专及以下学历和无相应技术职称人员仍占相当比例,公共卫生或预防医学类专业人员不足、临床和护理人员占相当比例。结论:在提高现有人员素质与能力的同时做好区域内的人力资源规划,使整个人才队伍不断优化。
Objective To study the status of human resources of public health technology in Qingpu District. Methods The personnel information was collected and renewed from case survey. Combined with the population and geographic data, data was descriptively analyzed with constituent ratio. Results The number of human resources was insufficient with imbalanced sex ratio. There had obvious discontinuous distribution of age and working years. The proportion of people with education background of graduate and senior professional title was low. The number of people majored in preventive medicine and public health was insufficient. Conclusion It' s necessary to improve the staffs ' quality and perfect the human resource planning.
