摘要
立根排放装置是石油井场输送钻杆到井口的自动化输送设备,是"机电液"一体的复杂系统,其组成元件的寿命服从多种分布类型,因此以立根排放装置为例,对多分布类型下的复杂系统进行了运行可靠性的分析。分析了立根排放装置工作原理及动作流程,并分别就元件寿命服从指数分布、正态分布和威布尔分布时,可靠性的计算参数进行了分析,并给出相应的计算公式。在置信度0.99下求出了立根排放装置在考虑相关性和不考虑相关性时的系统可靠度,并运用蒙特卡罗法对立根排放装置进行随机抽样仿真,从而验证出考虑相关性时的系统可靠度计算方法具有更高的精度。
Pipe racking device is an automated conveyor equipment used in the oil well site to convey drill pipes to the wellhead. Also, it's a complex system integrated with mechanism, electromagnetism and hydraulics the lines of components within the system follow a variety of distribution types. So the pipe racking device is taken as an example for a reliability analysis of a complex system in multiple distribution pattern. The working principle and action process of this device are analysed, and then the corresponding formulas are given after calculating the parameters of reliability evaluation under different circumstances that the components follow the exponential distribution, normal distribution and weibull distribution respectively. Under the confidence coefficient of 0. 99, the system reliability is calculated, with considering the correlation and non - correlation conditions. Meanwhile, the monte carlo method is also used to the de- vice for random sampling simulation for. Finally, the conclusion indicates that the method of system reliability calcula- tions with correlation, is prior in accuracy is more accurate.
