摘要
工业以太网广泛应用于各类工业控制领域,相比多功能车辆总线(MVB)在通信性能上存在优势,可适用于列车控制通信网络。文中先对工业交换式以太网模型进行了修改,用其来描述MVB网络的通信过程,对工业以太网模型和MVB网络模型作了比较,指出两者的相似性以及制约MVB通信性能的因素,然后提出了一种采用WFQ队列调度策略的环型工业以太网结构,并使用Opnet网络仿真软件仿真分析其在不同网络参数下的实时性能,通过比较,指出其在实时性方面可以替代MVB网络。
The Industrial Ethernet is widely used in various industrial field.Compared with Multifunction Vehicle Bus (MVB),it has certain advantages in the communication performance and it is suitable to be used as the communication network of train.In this paper,the industrial switched Ethernet model is modified to describe the communication process of MVB firstly.Then the in- dustrial Ethernet model is compared with the MVB model,and the similaritiesof two models and factors constraining the communication performance of MVB is pointed out.Then,a structure of the o-ring Ethernet by WFQ queue scheduling policy is provided and the real-time performance is analyzed by Opnet under different network parameters,and it is proved that the industrial Ethernet can substitute the MVB in the aspect of real-time ability through comparison.
