摘要
孔子“中庸”思维方法 ,是通过“中”、“和”范畴 ,显示事物对立面同一性、质量互变关节点 (度 )的辩证思维方法 ,对现代企业组织制度管理、人际关系管理等内在矛盾的认识和解决 ,具有方法论的指导意义。
The thinking method of confucian's “the Doctrine of the Mean”,by using“middle”and “be in harmony” category shows the unity of opposite,the dialectical thinking method of the mutual change of quality key link point (degree),the thinking method of Conucian's “the Doctrine of the Mean”has the directing significance of methodology for the understanding and solution of the internal contradiction of the management of organizational system of modern enterprise,and the management of the relations among the people and so on.
