摘要
本文研制了聚硅氧烷液晶玻璃毛细管柱,考察了其色谱性能,结果表明这种柱柱效高,对多环芳烃选择性好,热稳定性好,使用温度范围宽,适于分析组成复杂的多环芳烃混合物,高分子液晶是一类兼具有液晶优点和硅油优点的固定液。
Polysiloxane liquid crystal glass capillarycolumns are prepared and their chromatographic performances are investigated. The different methods for column-coating are compared. It is demonstrated that when a column is etched with hydrogen chloride, deactivated with Carbowax 1000 and then coated with polysiloxane liquid. crystol, the performances of the column are excellent with high efficency, high selectivity for PAH isomers, high thermal stability and wide phase transition range. The columns are suitable for separating complex PAH mixtures. This kind of stationary phase possesses the characteristics of the siloxane and the liquid caystal.
