摘要
目的 研究国产盐酸西替利嗪 (cetirizinehydrochloride)的抗组胺、抗过敏的作用。方法 采用大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏反应 ,哮喘模型及离体气管平滑肌的实验方法 ,观察该药的作用。结果 该药能明显的降低皮肤过敏反应 ,在po 0 .5 0mg·kg-1时 ,对同源性被动皮肤过敏反应所引起的血管通透性增强有抑制作用。能明显地抑制小鼠耳异种被动皮肤过敏反应所引起的血管通透性增强作用。也能明显的抑制组胺对豚鼠引起的休克作用 ,使组胺所致的豚鼠哮喘潜伏期明显延长 (P <0 .0 5 )。对组胺引起的支气管平滑肌痉挛有强烈的对抗作用 ,可使组胺量效曲线右移 ,其pA2 为 ( 8.2 2± 0 .2 2 )。结论 盐酸西替利嗪是一个具有抗过敏、高效。
OBJECTIVE To study the antihistamine effects of Cetirizine hydrochloride.METHODS The rat homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis,histamine induced asthma and bronchi muscle contract model were used.RESULTS Cetirizine inhibited skin allergic reaction significantly.After oral administration (0.50 mg·kg -1 ) of cetirizine,the rat homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis and mice auricle isologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis were reduced significantly.Cetirizine decreased the number of histamine induced shock in guinea pig, prolonged the delitescence period of histamine induced asthma ( P <0.05).Cetirizine inhibited the bronchi muscle contract induced by histamine obviously, and caused histamine dose effect curve a right shift, the pA 2 was (8.22±0.22).CONCLUSION The research indicated that cetirizine is an anti allergic H 1 receptor antagonist with high efficacy.
