矮牵牛花瓣发育过程中花色素苷、还原糖及蛋白质含量的变化 被引量:27

摘要 将矮牵牛花冠的发育分为 5个时期 .研究各时期花瓣中花色素苷、还原糖及蛋白质含量的变化 ,结果表明 :花刚开放时 ,花色素苷、还原糖含量最高 ;花瓣发育过程中花色素苷的生成与还原糖含量的变化趋势一致 .所选 3种花色中 。 The development of Petunia hybrida corolla was divided into five phases.The content changes of anthocyanin,reducing sugar and solutable protein in petals during the flower development are investigated respectively. The results showed that the content of anthocyanin and reducing sugar reached to the highest at the beginning of blooming(phase IV). During the development of petals , the trend between the production of anthocyanin and content of reducing sugar was similar. Of the three color flowers, the anthocyanin content in the purple petal was the highest.
