Duty crime is one of the crimes that attracts close attention in China and even the whole world.To strike relentless blows at duty crime and effectively prevent it is an arduous and historic task for CPC and PRC.Judicature prevention is the core of duty crime prevention,in view of the present situation of it in china,and the existing problems of duty crime,the author puts forward counter-measures to its judicature prevention,in the hope of benefiting duty crime prevention in China.
