Software cooperative development based on Internet is a sort of computer supported cooperative work. This paper introduces the design and implementation of software cooperative development system based on Internet with the technology of Winsock2.0 in order to set up ,the integrated function environment of software cooperative development in Internet to provide convenience for group discussion,remote file ,access,remote program debug and for the supervision of the whole development process and to improve the efficiency of software development. ;;;;;
