摘要
对零电流过渡 (ZCT)功率变换器基本的电路拓扑进行了分析 ,通过改进控制方式和改进的拓扑结构 ,不但使主功率管实现了软开关 ,同时也使辅助开关实现了软开通和软关断。
In this paper,the theories of the basic circuit topology is analyzed, it is the improved control method and improved circuit topolgy that makes the main power divice operating under soft-switching, but mades the auxiliary device operating under soft-switching.
