头皮针治疗多发性抽动症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Mu ltiple Tourette′s Syndrome with Scalp Acupuncture

目的 :观察头皮针对多发性抽动症的临床效果。方法 :将 10 5例患者随机分为头皮针组、头针加中药组、西药组治疗并对照观察。结果 :头皮针组及头针加中药组与西药组相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :头皮针及头针加中药均对多发性抽动症有良好效果 ,疗效明显优于西药。

Purpose To observe clinical therapeutic effect o f scalp acupuncture on multiple Tourett e′s syndrome.Methods One hundred and five patients were rando mly divided into scalp acupuncture group , scalp acupuncture plus Chinese medicines group and Western medicines group,and t heir therapeutic effects were compared.Results There was a significant difference in th erapeutic effect(P<0 05) as the scalp acupuncture group and the scal p acupuncture plus Chinese medicines gro up compared with the Western medicines g roup.Conclusion Scalp ac upuncture and scalp acupuncture p lus Chinese medicines have good therapeu tic effects on multiple Tourette′s synd rome,which are superior to that of the W estern medicines.
