摘要
研究了以啤酒糟为主要原料 ,经多菌种液固态混合发酵生产蛋白饲料的工艺 ,结果显示 :发酵料蛋白含量从啤酒糟的 2 5 .5 %提高到 37.8% ,粗纤维由 16 .3%下降至 9.4% 。
The method of producing protein feed from dried brewer's grain through liquid and solid co-fermentation by many strain was studied. The results showed that the crude protein content in feed could be increased from 25.5% to 37.8%, the crude fiber content in feed could be declined from 16.3% to 9.4%, and also many active digestive enzymes could be contained in feed.
