摘要 首次提出并建立了用于产品设计方案评价的专家权向量、目标向量、约束向量、方案评价的目标矩阵和约束矩阵 .基于此 ,给出了建立目标函数的方法 ,建立了方案评价的目标函数 ,并引入罚函数 ,确定了罚优化模型 。 A system of evaluation criteria, namely the expert authority vector, object vector, constraint vector, object matrix and constraint matrix is put forward for project appraisal in conceptual design. Based on them, an approach of building object function is given and the object function for appraising projects is founded. Then, the introduction of penalty function helps to build the penalty optimization model, which would afford mathematical basis for computer aided appraising design project.
