目的 :探讨Msx2、BMP - 4基因在小鼠牙胚发育帽状期的表达及其与牙胚形态发育的关系。方法 :利用原位杂交的方法观察小鼠牙胚帽状期Msx2、BMP - 4基因的表达方式 ;利用原位末端标记法 (TUNEL法 )研究牙胚细胞凋亡情况。结果 :Msx2、BMP - 4基因在牙胚的发育中有表达 ,帽状期牙胚细胞的凋亡主要集中于釉结处。结论 :Msx2、BMP -

AIM: To study the expression of Msx2 and BMP-4 in the cap stage of the mouse tooth germ and the relation with the mouse tooth morphogenesis. METHODS: The expression patterns of Msx2 and BMP-4 in the cap stage of the mouse tooth germ were studied by in situ hybridization. The tooth germ apoptosis in the cap stage was studied by TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling [TUNEL]. RESULT: Msx2 and BMP-4 were expressed in the tooth germ development. The apoptosis of the tooth germ cell in the cap stage mainly occured in enamel knot . CONCLUSION: The findings suggested that Msx2 and BMP-4 were concerned with the tooth germ development [
