下肢深静脉血栓的超声鉴别诊断

Differential Diagnosis of Deep Venous Thrombosis in Lower Limbs Using Ultrasonography

目的 探讨超声对下肢深静脉血栓 (DVT)鉴别诊断的价值。方法 对临床疑诊DVT患者 88例 92条下肢进行彩超检查 ,并将超声检查结果与手术或其它检查结果对比。结果 88例中DVT者 62例 ( 70 .5 % ) ,超声正确诊断60例 ( 96.7% ) ,其他疾病 2 6例 ( 2 9.5 % ) ,主要为肌肉血肿和深静脉局限性受压等。

Objective To explore the differential diagnosis value of ultrasound for deep venous thrombosis(DVT) of lower extremities.Methods 92 limbs of 88 patients clinically suspected of having DVT were examined by color Doppler.The results of ultrasound and operation or other examinations were compared.Results DVT were confirmed operatively or clinically in 62 patients (70.5%).Among those 62 patients,60 were correctly diagnosied by wtrasound.26 patients had other diseases including intro-muscular hematoma and local compression of deep veins.Conclusions Color Doppler may provide valuable imformation for differential diagnosis of DVT and other diseases mimicing the symptoms of DVT.
