摘要
目的:观察了升血灵药物对60Coγ射线照射小鼠外周血白细胞、红细胞的作用。方法:实验分7组,除正常对照组外,其余6组均由γ射线照射造模。结果:实验动物造模后第三天其外周WBC数开始明显下降,防治组、治疗组与升白安组均能阻止WBC下降幅度,较快升高实验动物外周血中WBC数,其中高浓度防治组与高浓度治疗组效果更明显,造模后第13天便已恢复至造模前水平(P>0.05),而生理盐水组动物在造模后第7、9天仍维持在明显的低值水平,至第13天方开始缓慢恢复。各组RBC水平造模后均稍下降,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
Objective:To investigate the effect of shengsueling (SSL) decoction,a complex preparation of traditional Chinese herbal medicine,consists mainly of Caulis Spatholobi,Radix Rubiae etc on peripheral blood WBC、RBC counts in Co γ ray irradiated mice.Methods:Seventy mice was divided randomly into seven group.Except the group of normal control,the other 6 groups of mice were irradiated and fed with normal saline,shengbaian,different concentrations of SSL decoctions respectively,by gastric tube once a day for 15 days,and the peripheral WBC and RBC were counted.Results:The peripheral WBC count in the experimental groups began to reduce notably from the third day of experimentation.That in the groups given preventive or therapeutic dosage of SSL and in the group given shengbaian was prevented from reduction but increased.Of the latter,the prevention group with high concentration and the treatment group showed more significant effects and had recovered to the level before experiments on the 13th day.But the normal saline group sustained the low level on the 7~9 day and began to recover slowly from the 13th day.The RBC count of all groups dropped,but without statistical significance ( P >0 05).Conclusions:SSL decoction can prevent and cure the decrease of peripheral blood WBC in γ ray irradiated mice.
