以铁卟啉为催化剂 ,在 Na OH/CH3OH中加入 H2 O2 溶液 ,可将 1 -萘酚和 2 -萘酚高选择性氧化成 2 -羟基 -1 ,4-萘醌 (HNQ) .UV-Vis图可观察到铁卟啉与 H2 O2 形成的氧 -高价铁卟啉化合物 ;由吸收光谱的变化 ,可确定金属卟啉中间体形成的平衡常数 .由 HNQ浓度随时间变化的关系 ,可确定 HNQ的形成与分解均为
Hydroxy 1,4 naphtholquinone(HNQ) was prepared in alcoholic solution of NaOH with high conversion and selectivity from both 1 naphthol and 2 naphthol in the presence of metalloporphyrin catalyst. An oxygen iron porphyrin was observed from UV Vis spectra when hydrogen peroxide was present in the catalytic system. The formation constants of the iron porphyrin intermediate were measured from its varying spectrum. The reactions of the formation and dissocination of HNQ are both of first order based on the relationship between HNQ concentration and reation time.
