抗氧化维生素对大鼠脂代谢及清道夫受体表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 : 观察不同水平的 VE、VC对 SD大鼠血脂代谢、脂质过氧化和清道夫受体( SR) m RNA表达的作用。方法 : 将诱导成高脂模型的 SD雄性大鼠分为 5个组 ,分别饲以含不同剂量的 VE( 1 5 0 mg/kg diet、35 0 mg/kg diet)、VC( 1 0 0 0 mg/kg diet、2 0 0 0 mg/kg diet)高脂饲料和阳性对照组 8w。结果 :  VE组和 VC组低剂量均可降低血清中 TC、LDL- C、致动脉粥样硬化指数 ( AI)和 Apo- B及脂质过氧化物水平 ,并可升高 HDL- C、HDL - C/LDL- C,同时能抑制肺组织SR- m RNA的表达 ;而增高 VC剂量对上述指标无显著性作用。结论 : VE、VC能降低血清 TC与 LDL- C、抑制 LDL氧化和 SR- m RNA表达。 Objective:To investigate the effect of VE and VC at different dietary levels on plasma lipid metabolism, lipid peroxidation and mRNA of scavenger receptor (SR). Methods:Male SD rats, fed purified and cholesterol enriched diet, were divided into five groups(12 rats per group). The experimental groups were fed diets with either VE(150 or 350 mg/kg diet) or VC (1 000 or 2 000 mg/kg diet) respectively. The experiment lasted 56 days. Results:Compared with control group, both VE and low dosage VC could significantly lower the concentrations of total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL C), atherogenic index (AI),Apo B and lipoperoxide, and increase the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C), and inhibit the expression of SR mRNA..Conclusion:VE and VC can decrease the concentrations of serum TC and LDL C,restrain formation of Ox LDL and expression of SR mRNA.
