摘要 加工高硫原油使炼油工业面临含硫渣油、沥青和焦炭产品最终不可避免的硫排放问题。国内大型炼油厂在加工进口原油时 ,所产生的残渣要进一步加工利用。论述了可选择的三个非加氢方案。气化 (IGCC)方案是目前国外普遍采用的利用炼油厂废渣造气的渣油加工路线 ,延迟焦化加循环流化床锅炉和重交通道路沥青加硬沥青水浆两个方案对加工高硫原油的国内大型炼油厂具有现实的指导意义。可利用这些方案将销路不好的高硫渣油、沥青和焦炭转化为具有一定附加值的产品如电。 The unavoidable final sulfur emission of residual oil, asphalt and coke, etc. products from processing sour crude faces the petroleum refining industry. Large scale refinery should further treat them for utilization. Three processing schemes besides hydrogenation are proposed. Gasification is a generally adopted processing route for residue worldwide; delayed coking combined with cyclic fluidized bed boiler and heavy duty road asphalt plus hard asphalt/water slurry are two realistic processing routes for domestic large scale refineries. These processing schemes can convert the high sulfur residual oil, asphalt and coke products, which find no market, to products having certain added value, such as electricity and steam, etc.
