摘要
论述在我国开展智能运输系统 (ITS)评价的重要意义 ,以及国内外ITS评价研究现状综述 ,继而探讨ITS评价中的两种方法 ,即费用效益分析法和多目标分析法在ITS评价中的具体应用 ,并对两种方法进行比较研究。
The significance and reviews of ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) evaluation are addressed in this paper firstly. Secondly, both Cost - Benefit Analysis method and Multicriteria Analysis are demonstrated in detail to show how ITS projects can be evaluated. Moreover, the differences between two methods are compared. Finally, the authors come to a conclusion that an appropriate method should be prepared for each specific ITS deployment.
