摘要
针对电力市场技术支持系统的需求 ,遵循通用、模块化设计思想 ,开发了电力市场综合信息管理平台。采用自组织的设计方法 ,实现了用户、数据和节点的自组织。各种数据统一管理 ,使用灵活。对任意定义的数据 ,在完成修改、过滤、排序等功能的基础上 ,还可实现任意复杂的图形曲线、报表显示与打印。该系统还利用了数据库自身的事务处理与并发控制功能 ,解决了在多用户网络环境下的数据完整性和可靠性问题。目前已经成功应用于华北电力市场模拟系统中。
To meet the demands of technique support system for electricity market, a new integrated information management platform for electrical market is developed, which follows the universal and modularized design concept and applies self organization design method to realize the self organization of user, data and node. All data are centrally managed and easily accessed. Based on the functions of data modification, filtration and sorting, the display and print of any graph, curve and log are realized. By applying carefully the database functions of transaction handling and concurrent access, the platform guarantees data reliability and data integrity in multi user network environment. It has been successfully applied to north China electricity market simulation system.
