摘要
空冷型燃机的热动力学的障碍和超级高温合金的昂贵成本,促使人们正在寻求新的燃机冷却方案。回流阶式蒸发器正是在这种形式下应运而生的。采用这种冷却燃机的热端部件转子材料范围可以放宽,也能运行在较高的温度状态。同时扩大了转子叶片的承温能力,并且有与热管相似的自我调节功能。本文介绍了回流阶式蒸发器的工作原理、主要优点、试验模拟和结果,并提出了热流极限的近似理论模型。
New gas turbine cooling schemes including a backflow step evaporator are under development, because of obstruction in thermodynamics of air cooling gas turbine and expensive cost of super high temerature alloy. Gas turbine with this evaporator will have more choises in selecting rotor materials for hot section components and operate at a higher temptrature. This will improve blade temperature capability and provide self- regulation like hot pipe. Principles of operation, major advantages, test simulation and results of backflow step evaporator have been discussed in this paper. Also, approximate theoretical model on hot flow limit is presented.
