摘要
鄯善采油厂 30 × 104m3/d轻烃回收装置是吐哈油田建成最早的一套橇装化轻烃回收装置,采用了丙烷制冷的浅冷回收工艺,整套装置由增压橇、脱水橇、制冷橇、分馏橇、加热炉橇组成,近年来由于原料气日趋贫化,轻烃回收率呈递减趋势,C3收率由最初的 62.4%降为 47%。文章分析了该装置现状,研究了影响该装置轻烃收率的因素以及提高轻烃收率的对策。采用了更新换热器提高原料气温度富化气质、给原料气压缩机排气管道及消音器增设外保温以大大减小对进入发动机空气温度的影响,从而提高机组的压缩功率、更换干式空冷器为表面蒸发式空冷器降低冷凝分离温度等措施,使收率比改造前提高了20%。
The 30 × 104m3/d NGL recovery device in the Shanshan Oil Production Plant is the oldest skid-mounted NGL recovery device set up in Tuha Oil Field, propane-refrigerated shallow refrigeration recovery technology being adopted. It is composed of booster, dehydration, refrigeration, fractionation and heater skids. In recent years, because the raw gas is becoming poorer day by day, NGL recovery ratio shows a decreasing trend the C3 recovery being reduced from 62.4% at first to 47% at present. The current condition of the device is analyzed and the factors influencing NGL recovery ratio of the device and the countermeasures enhancing it are investigated in the paper. The NGL recovery ratio of the device has increased by 20% as compared with that before reformation through applying certain measures, such as renovating heat exchanger to raise the raw gas' temperature so as to enrich gas quality, establishing an additional external insulating jacket respectively for the blast pipe and sound adsorber of the raw gas compressor to reduce the influence of the temperature of the air entering into engine, thus enhancing the power of compressor set, and replacing dry air cooler with superficial evaporation air cooler to decrease the condensing separation temperature, etc.
