摘要
本文报道了新型有机非线性光学晶体4-氢基-4'硝基-二苯硫醚(ANDS)的单晶生长和非线性光学性能的研究。用升华法长出了φ0.5×50mm^3的ANDS针状纤维晶体;用溶液降温法在乙醇和正丁醇的混合溶剂中长出了15×2×1.5mm^3的块状晶体。本文还讨论了分子结构和晶体结构以及溶剂的选择对晶体生长的影响。
In this paper the growth and propeties for new organic nonlinear optical crystal, 4-amino-4'-nitrodiphenyl sulfide (ANDS) are reported. Transparent single crystals Up to 15×2×1.5mm^3 in size have been successfullY grown by solution cooling method using ethanol and n-butanol mixture solution as a solvent, and single crystal fibers up to 0.5mm in diameter and 50mm in length have been obtained by sublimation. The influences of the structure and solvents on the crystal growth were discussed We also find that the good crystalline of ANDS in the mixture solvent of ethylacetate and hexane.
