摘要
研究了Hg2 + 、Cd2 + 及其复合污染对轮叶狐尾藻的毒害影响 .实验结果表明 :Hg2 + 、Cd2 + 复合污染使轮叶狐尾藻叶片叶绿素含量、呼吸速率、光合速率、过氧化物酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量降低得更快 .超微结构的变化也证明了这一结论 ,复合污染对细胞结构的破坏程度明显比单离子高 .
In this paper,we studied the effect of Hg 2+,Cd 2+ and their combined pollution on Myriophyllum verticillatum Linn.The experimental results showed that the chlorophyll content,photosynthesis rate,respiration rate,the activity of POD and protein content of leaves were more quickly decreased in the combined pollution than in the pollution of a single species of ions.The changs of ultrastructure demonstrated this,the cell structures were more heavily destroyed in combined pollution.The type of their interaction is synergy.
