摘要
本文推导出管坯复合胀形应力平衡方程及极限成形系数的数学表达式 ,求解了 0 75t轻型车后桥壳复合液压胀形极限成形系数 ,确定了成形力参量的匹配关系。
In this paper,the stress equilibrium equation and the limit coefficient mathematics function of compound liquid bulge forming tube blank are deduced.The limit coefficient of compound bulging a 0 75 ton light freight-capacity truck axle housings is calculated.The matching relation between force parameters is determined.A theoretical basis is provided for determining compound bulge forming times and technology parameter of each bulging production.
