摘要
目的 探讨女性在不同生理周期中两种人乳头瘤病毒 HPV6,1 1 和 HPV1 6,1 8类型的感染与性激素含量的关系。方法 应用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)方法结合地高辛标记探针技术确定两种类型 (HPV)感染病例 16 8例 ,同时应用放免方法测定血清中性激素 (雌二醇 E2 ,孕酮 P和睾酮 T)含量。结果 HPV6,1 1 阳性病例与血清 E2 水平呈显著正相关 ,相关系数 0 .9918。 HPV1 6,1 8阳性病例与血清 P水平亦呈显著正相关 ,相关系数 0 .880 4。与 T无明显相关 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 雌 ,孕激素水平与不同类型 HPV感染有明显关系 ,可为不同类型 HPV感染的病因分析及临床应用性激素治疗不同类型HPV感染提供理论依据。
Objective In order to explore the effects of sex hormones on human papillomavirus(HPV) infection in different physiological cycles of women.Methods 168 cases of HPV infections were diagnosed by PCR combined with digoxin-labeled probe tecnique,and the levels of sex hormones(E 2,P and T) in plasma were determined by radioimmunoassay at the same time.Results Positive correlation was found between HPV 6,11 and E 2 in the HPV 6,11 positive cases with the correlative coefficient being 0.9918,and between HPV 16,18 and P level with the correlative coefficient being 0.8804 .No remarkable correlation was found between T level and the two types of papillomavirus infections (P> 0.05 ).Conclusion Sex hormones,especially E 2 and P were correlated with HPV infection and could provide theoretical foundation for etiological analysis of and clinical treatment to different types of human papillomavirus infections.
