目的 研究 c- myc基因蛋白在外阴白斑和外阴鳞癌中的表达 .方法 采用 SABC免疫组化法 ,对 71例外阴白斑和 2 1例外阴鳞癌标本进行 c- myc基因蛋白检测 .结果 c- myc基因蛋白在正常组织中主要分布在细胞核 ,外阴白斑各型和鳞癌组织中主要分布在细胞浆 .外阴白斑各型与鳞癌组相比较 ,经 χ2 检验 ,正常组 (χ2 =1 1 .0 72 ,P<0 .0 5 )、增生组(χ2 =5 .6 92 ,P<0 .0 5 )、硬化萎缩组 (χ2 =1 6 .488,P<0 .0 5 )、混合组 (χ2 =6 .497,P<0 .0 5 )和不典型增生组 (χ2 =1 .0 72 ,P>0 .0 5 ) .2 1例鳞癌标本 , 级 , 级 , 级中 c- myc蛋白的阳性率分别为 1 0 0 .0 % (9/9) ,85 .7% (6 /7) ,6 0 .0 % (3 /5 ) .结论 c- myc基因蛋白的表达和分布与外阴白斑分型有关 ,外阴鳞癌和不典型增生组织中表达阳性率明显高于外阴白斑各型 ,c-
AIM To study the expression of c myc gene protein in genitalia leukoplakia and squamous cell carcinoma of vulva. METHODS The genitalia leukoplakia in 71 cases and squamous cell carcinoma in 21 cases were detected with c myc gene protein by SABC immunohistochemical technique. RESULTS c myc gene protein was mainly distributed in the cell nucleus in normal tissue and in the cell cytoplasm in hyperplasia type, atypical hyperplasia and squamous cell carcinoma. χ 2 test showed significant difference between the squamous cell carcinoma and the other types of benign pathological changes except the type of atypical hyperplasia ( χ 2 = 1.072, P >0.05): Normal group ( χ 2 =11.027, P <0.05); hyperplasia type group (χ 2=5.692, P <0.05); sclerotic atrophic type group ( χ 2 =16.488, P <0.05); mixed type group ( χ 2 =6.497, P <0.05). The positive rates of c myc gene protein in the different stages of squamous cell carcinoma group (21 cases) were 100.0%(9/9) in stage I, 85.7%(6/7) in stage Ⅱ, and 60.0%(3/5) in stage Ⅲ repectively. CONCLUSION Expression and distribution of c myc gene protein might be correlated with the types of genitalia leukoplakia. c myc gene protein has a higher expression rate in squamous cell carcinoma of vulva and atypical hyperplasia than that in various types of genitalia leukoplakia. These data suggest that overexpression of c myc gene protein may be related to the oncogenesis of squamous cell carcinoma of vulva.
